Staff helped with luggage retrieval. Slow lift during busy hours. Comfortable air conditioning.

missingWrote a review on 10 Novslow elevator
I encountered several issues during my stay. The large TV in the room immediately blasts advertisements upon entry, which is jarring after a long day. Compulsory cleaning every third day means you have to vacate the room, with no safe to store valuables during that time. Additionally, the centrally controlled air conditioning was set to heating mode during the first night, making sleep uncomfortable. The lone elevator was a bottleneck. it took forever to arrive, especially during busy hours, and often arrived packed.

A clean and cozy escape
My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with the staff being exceptionally attentive and the room consistently spotless. The location is superb, just a short stroll from the nearby subway stations.
However, I found the lack of laundry facilities somewhat inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, the elevator was often slow during busy hours, which required some patience.

Had a great six-night stay! The location is super convenient — about a 6-minute walk from Ueno Station. The room was cozy for one, perfect after a day exploring Tokyo. Just a heads up, the bed is on the hard side, so be prepared! Overall, solid value.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, eager to assist with any
requests, including luggage forwarding and recommendations for local dining. The proximity to Inaricho Station made traveling around Tokyo a breeze, although the compact size of the room was a bit of a trade-off for the great location.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the distance from the station necessitated taking a taxi, which added to my frustration during my stay. Waiting for the elevator took significantly longer than I expected, especially during busy morning hours. Moreover, the room felt quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably, despite the bed being spacious.

Staff consistently provided exceptional service, delivering daily towels and toiletries without fail. The surrounding area has a 24/7 supermarket and convenient dining options. Elevators can be slow during peak hours, and the room felt a bit cramped for comfort, which may not suit everyone. While amenities like the in-room fridge were appreciated, the lack of more frequent cleaning could be an issue for longer stays.
